Virtual Instructor-led Training Session
Agenda: One (1) 3-hour Instructor-led Training Session delivered through video conference by a Braze Training and Development Specialist for the quantity of training seats purchased under this Order Form, and which is intended to include:
(i) Introduction - Foundational Concepts on the subject of the Training Session
(ii) Opportunities for participants to share insights on their own use case and learn from other participants
(iii) Guided Hands-on Exercises
(iv) Review of Individual Use Case Challenges
This agenda may be adjusted by the instructor based on the needs of the participants and the subject matter of the course.
Promo Code Terms: Customer will receive one (1) promo code for each training seat or bundle of training seats purchased pursuant to this SOW. All promo codes must be used within six (6) months of this Order Form Start Date, after which date the promo codes expire. Each participant is required to register using a promo code in order to participate in the training. Participants can register for a course no less than 24 hours before the session begins. No refunds will be provided for participants who register and then do not participate in the training. Each class will be limited to a specific number of participants as set forth on Braze’s LAB learning management system. Each class may include participants from other Braze customers.
Completion Badge: To receive the completion badge for the course, participants must pass the course quiz that follows the session. Each participant may retake the quiz twice, if necessary. If the participant fails three (3) times and still wants to receive the completion badge, they will need to repurchase the course and receive three more opportunities to take the quiz.
Services Not Included:
Analysis of anything that is not related to the course topic.
Analysis or review of Braze campaigns and Canvases
Account configuration changes, technical implementation changes, or any general changes to Customer’s Braze configuration.
